I'll keep mine brief and just say what a joy it was to read. The looseness of the artwork and the use of watercolour as a medium was an inspired choice for the subject matter at hand. I was reminded on some level of Raymond Briggs's Snowman with few (if any) words needed as we observed the watery events unfold. I share Garen's opinion on the font (and size of font) but this is a minor criticism and only occurred to me as it obscured more of the lovely artwork than I felt it needed to. As I said earlier, a joy to read.
